Buy A Dell

I loved my gateway computers. I've had 4 so far. My laptop got in a nasty scrape recently. She took on a bottle of beer and lost. Her hard drive smeared with liquid hops, various keys refused to work. I brought her to the Gateway Country Store near me. The wheelchair must have triggered something in the "customer service" people. Even when I asked for help, they served the people who came in after me. I had to roll into the back to get someone to help me. I wanted to buy a new laptop and have my old hard drive installed as a second drive. The tech guy said it could be done with no problem. Back out in front I asked a woman to sell me a laptop. "Just a minute" she said as she walked past me to a couple who was just entering the store. "Welcome to Gateway!" she chirped as the door closed. "May I help you?" They declined her help and she opted to lurk near them instead of lowering herself to help me. I left. Went to the Dell web site and bought myself another laptop. No legs needed for service at Dell. Goodbye Gateway.
